What Happens When You Contact Us?

If you’re unsure, we’re happy to chat. Here’s what connecting with our speech-language pathologist looks like:

  1. Initial phone conversation – A free, 10-15 minute, no-pressure opportunity to ask questions and allow our speech-language pathologist to learn more about your child and your priorities.
  2. Assessment – If needed/wanted, we offer personalized evaluations in a comfortable, child-friendly environment.
  3. Next steps – We’ll review the results together and develop a plan, if appropriate, that aligns with your family’s goals and values.

Location & Directions

Our clinic is located at 490 Dutton Drive, Unit B12, Waterloo, ON, N2L 6H7, within the Dutton Business Park. We are near the intersection of Dutton Drive and Weber Street North, in north Waterloo.

To find us

Once you arrive at Building B within the business park, proceed down the hill and turn left at the bottom. Our clinic, Unit B12, will be the fourth unit on your left and is clearly marked.

Accessibility

We offer ample free parking for your convenience. The clinic is on the ground level, with direct, step-free access from the parking area, ensuring ease of entry for all visitors.

Office Hours (By Appointment Only)

To ensure every client receives focused time and a professional environment, our clinic operates by appointment only during the following hours:

  • Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed

During office hours, we may be in session or working remotely. Scheduled appointments will be greeted at their start time.
